Activities in Habitat Hub

What is Habitat Hub?

We are a development team of four engineers who have come together as volunteers. We develop and manage our own services while working our day jobs. We develop in an agile way based on asynchronous communication, with weekly progress meetings.

How it all started

I have been a member of the "Habitat Hub" since June 2023. It all started when I met @tom-takeru, one of the early members of "Habitat Hub", at a training program. At the time, I was self-taught in React and was looking for a place to share my knowledge. Then I heard that there was a project in development with a similar technology stack and that they were looking for members, so I decided to join.

Activities so far

As a member of "Habitat Hub" I have worked on the following projects

• Daydule

Daydule is a service that automatically creates a schedule based on your registered TODOs and appointments. It is ideal for people who are not good at scheduling and busy people.

• TimeIsMoney

As the name suggests, this application is based on the theme “time is money”. Enter the time you spend studying, etc. and it will be converted into money based on your hourly rate. It also provides examples of products that can be purchased with that time.

• AI-DISCUSSION

AI-DISCUSSION is an experimental web app where multiple AIs freely discuss a topic you give them.
Once you set the theme, AI agents with different personalities and viewpoints start exchanging ideas and having a conversation.
What’s more, you can join the discussion and add your own thoughts, interacting with the AIs directly.

At the end of the conversation, the AI will provide a summary of what was discussed, so you can easily review the key points.
It’s perfect when you want to explore new ideas or get perspectives you might not have thought of yourself.
The app aims to help spark fresh insights and creative thinking through interactions with AI.

• Kibako

Kibako is a web application that allows users to easily create prototypes of board games.
Not only can you freely place and edit components such as cards, hands, decks, and tokens, but you can also invite other members to collaborate on editing. Furthermore, you can generate a playroom from the prototype and actually play the game online.

Our development team includes a member who has successfully launched a board game through crowdfunding, which enables us to focus on building the service from the user's perspective.
